Women only self-defense workshop

On July 13 from 9-11am we will be hosting the Be Your Own Bodyguard workshop! This  2 hour workshop is for women only. We are not trying to make you a fighter, we are teaching real world self-defense. This unfortunately is where most martial arts instructors miss out on. In our experience most "self-defense" seminars we've seen try and teach people how to throw a powerful punch or kick, we don't want you to have to do those things. We will teach you how to get off what we call the "X" in other words make you not a target to begin with. We are only opening this event up to 20 people so act now! You don't want to miss out!
This course is being taught by Thomas Griffin who has been involved in the martial arts and fitness industry for over 40 years. Here are just some of his achievements:
