This video is very sad and upsetting because here are 2 officers that need to make an arrest and are following their departments use of force policy but to public opinion they look like the bag guys. If only these officers had the proper training they could have made the arrest with a much lower risk of injury to themselves or the suspect and the public opinion would be higher because the use of force appears much lower. What type of training am I talking about?
